10to8 utilises tags, that allow you to automatically include information relating to a booking in any emails that are sent. This guide outlines these tags.
In order to edit communications and use tags, you will require the Grow Plan or above.

- {{organisation_name}} - The name of your business
- {{recipient_name}} - The name of the person the email is sent to
- {{event_name}} - The name of the booked service
- {{datetime}} - The date and time the booking is due to start
- {{staff_name}} - The name of the staff member taking the booking
- {{customers_names}} - The names of all customers on the booking
- {{actor_name}} - The name of the individual who performed an action (such as booking, rescheduling, or canceling) that relates to the appointment
- {{manage_optin_links}} - A link to a page where your customer can manage their consent to receive messages
- {{outstanding_payment}} - Any outstanding payment for the booking
