  • {{organisation_name}} - The name of your business
  • {{recipient_name}} - The name of the person the email is sent to
  • {{event_name}} - The name of the booked service
  • {{datetime}} - The date and time the booking is due to start
  • {{staff_name}} - The name of the staff member taking the booking
  • {{customers_names}} - The names of all customers on the booking
  • {{actor_name}} - The name of the individual who performed an action (such as booking, rescheduling, or canceling) that relates to the appointment
  • {{manage_optin_links}} - A link to a page where your customer can manage their consent to receive messages
  • {{outstanding_payment}} - Any outstanding payment for the booking
