Most calendar sync issues can be easily resolved. This article will take you through some relevant troubleshooting steps to find a resolution. All options necessary to fix calendar sync issues can be found under 'Integrations' > 'Calendar Sync'.

Sections


If Appointments From Your Personal Calendar Don't Sync Into 10to8 

Firstly, make sure that you have selected the option to 'Sync [Calendar Provider] appointments into 10to8', and that the 'Sync all appointment information' option is selected as well.

Secondly, if any errors appear in the 'Status' box, make sure to dismiss them.

Thirdly, refresh your calendar by clicking the 'Refresh Calendar' button, found in the 'Calendar Sync Settings' section.

If 10to8 Appointments Don't Sync Into Your Personal Calendar 

Firstly, make sure you have selected the option to 'Sync 10to8 appointments into [Calendar Provider]'

Secondly, if any more errors appear in the 'Status' box, make sure to dismiss them. 


Thirdly, refresh your calendar by clicking the 'Refresh Calendar' button, found in the 'Calendar Sync Settings' section.


If You Are Seeing A "There Was An Error Syncing Your Calendar" Message

Most errors can be fixed by dismissing them. Please click the button provided to dismiss the errors and wait a few minutes. If the error reappears, please contact our Support Team.


If Your Calendar Has Been Unlinked 

If your calendar has been unlinked, please follow these steps:


1. Click the 'Activate calendar sync for more calendar providers' button, found under 'Calendar Sync Settings'

2. Select your calendar provider from the options provided by Cronofy.

3. Once you've connected your calendar to 10to8, simply select the options for 'Sync 10to8 appointments into [Calendar Provider]' and 'Sync [Calendar Provider] appointments into 10to8', as well as the option to 'Sync all appointment information'.


4. 10to8 should now resync. This may take a few minutes. Once this is done, your calendars should have successfully resynced.


5. If you have any further issues, please contact our Support Team.


How To Remove Your Calendar Sync Completely From 10to8

With 10to8, you can completely remove your calendar sync at any point.


To do this, simply click the 'X' button next to the calendar you'd like to remove. Repeat this step for any other calendars you wish to remove.

Clicking this will bring up a warning box, asking you to confirm that you'd like to remove that email address from the calendar sync. Click 'OK' to remove it. 


To add a new calendar, follow the steps from the "If your calendar has been unlinked" section of this guide.
