How to send ICS files to your Customers and Staff
- Go to “Messaging” > “Email Styling”
- Select Attach ICS files to emails
- Select Send all ICS files to customers as requests, even if confirmed if you want to send confirmation as a request to your customer.
- Select Send all ICS files to staff as requests, even if confirmed if you want to send confirmation as a request to your Staff.
How to edit the content of the ICS file
- Go to “Messaging” > “Email Styling”.
- Use the box under "Description in ICS files for customers".
- Now you can add any content you like, we also offer some specific Tag's you can use.
